BearTrack Solar Inc. is proud to be an official Qualified Contractor for the Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP).
Upgrading your property with our precision dual-axis solar trackers just got easier. Through the CEIP program, eligible property owners can finance up to 100% of their solar installation with zero down payment. Instead of a traditional bank loan, the cost is recovered conveniently through your regular property tax bill at highly competitive municipal interest rates. Better yet, the financing is tied to the property itself, not you, meaning if you sell your property, the new owner simply assumes the balance while enjoying the energy savings.
We handle the complex engineering; CEIP handles the capital. Contact us today for a free 3D site assessment and let us help you navigate the pre-qualification process for your municipality!

Improved Durability
Built with high-strength materials for long-lasting performance. Custom designed to extreme high winds for your piece of mind.
Ease of Use
User-friendly design for simple installation and maintenance. Arrays wake up each morning before sunrise and put themselves to bed at night.
Adaptable Design
Compatible with micro-inverter based deployment for small scale installations, or larger grid-tied DC arrays.

For every project type…

Guide to a BearTrack Solar Project

We evaluate your location for optimal tracker placement: shading, access, soil conditions, and interconnection options.
An engineer right-size the array and dual-axis trackers to meet your energy goals, budget, and utility requirements.
We present a clear proposal with equipment, timelines, pricing and energy production modeled; you review and approve.
Contract execution, project schedule confirmed, and a dedicated project manager is assigned as your single point of contact.
We prepare and submit complete permit packages and respond to questions from the utility and municipality
Your dual-axis trackers are fabricated and pre-assembled for quality, durability, and a faster on-site install.
We mobilize, obtain utility locates, set foundations, excavate trenches, and stage materials. Final assembly of the solar arrays will occur on site.
Crews set the tracker base, mount the arrays, and install the control system and disconnects and complete testing on tracker movements using temporary power.
Final electrical inspections are completed, and the utility installs the bi-directional meter.
Commissioning, system monitoring setup, and handoff. Your system begins producing clean power. We setup your app access for the tracker(s) and their energy production. Site clean-up is completed including backfilling trenches.
BearTrack Solar’s Focus on Continuous Improvement
Assessing & Optimizing your solar project
BearTrack Solar Inc. continues to improve both it’s control system interface for customers, as well as improve it’s project development tools. Contact us to understand how we use our solar optimization software to minimize shading on panels by simulating annual sunshine on your property and finding the ideal placement to reduce shading from trees, and buildings.
